A candidate for the purposes of this document is a natural person over the age of 52 who registers on the website and is interested in using its functionality in order to find a job.
A company or a client is a natural person - an entrepreneur or a legal entity who registers on the website and is interested in using its functionality to search for potential employees.

This information explains how we obtain, use, provide and transfer your personal data and describes your rights to the protection of personal data and the procedure for exercising them.
Personal data is any information by which you can be identified. It can be general personal data, such as name, surname, e-mail address, phone number, IP address, etc.

- You have the right to correct your personal data. Registered candidates and companies can edit their personal data themselves on the website www.plus55.net.
- You also have the right to request the deletion of your personal data or restriction of their processing. There may be exceptions to the right to erasure for specific legal reasons, which, if necessary, we will declare in response to your request.
- If we process your personal data on the basis of consent, you can revoke this at any time and your personal data will be deleted, unless otherwise governed by applicable law.
- If necessary, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data for certain purposes, in particular the processing of personal data based on legitimate interests. For example if you object to the sending of event invitations by email, such emailing will be terminated. Stopping the sending of emails does not mean at the same time a request to delete the profile registered on the website www.plus55.net.
