The website www.plus55.net serves for the registration of candidates as job seekers and the registration of companies as employers (hereinafter referred to as the "website"). The rules for using the website are governed by the General Terms and Conditions, which both the candidate and the company must accept upon registration.

A candidate for the purposes of this document is a natural person over the age of 52 who registers on the website and is interested in using its functionality in order to find a job.

A company or a client is a natural person - an entrepreneur or a legal entity who registers on the website and is interested in using its functionality to search for potential employees.

Information on the processing of personal data

This information explains how we obtain, use, provide and transfer your personal data and describes your rights to the protection of personal data and the procedure for exercising them.

Personal data is any information by which you can be identified. It can be general personal data, such as name, surname, e-mail address, phone number, IP address, etc.

Sensitive personal data, such as data on health, sexual orientation, ethnic origin or political opinions, we do not request or process. If you are a candidate and you include such data in your profile, CV or make it available to a potential employer, you provide it voluntarily.

At the same time, we inform you that the website uses only necessary and functional cookies, the use of which does not require your consent.

Company HALFPIXEL s. r. o. ensures on our behalf the development, administration, operation and security of the website www.plus55.net.

plus55 may use the services of law firms when applying, proving and defending legal claims, or as part of legal advice. In a specific case, if necessary, the law firm may have access to some personal data.

Sales representation in other countries

Our sales representatives can process the personal data of candidates and clients for the purpose of communication with these persons, as well as during the implementation of events organized by the controller.

Slovenská pošta (Slovak Post)

During the transport and delivery of postal items, Slovenská pošta processes your personal data based on the relevant legal regulations. You can find more information at www.posta.sk.

Companies registered on the website

If you are a registered candidate and you make your profile on the website visible to registered companies, your personal data will be available to all these companies. If you respond to a job offer of a specific company, your personal data will be available to that company.

Google

The forms you fill out on the website are protected against access by unauthorized persons with the reCAPTCHA tool from Google. Through reCAPTCHA, Google can obtain your personal data. More information can be found at: https://policies.google.com/ .

Meta

How do we ensure the lawfulness of personal data processing?

We only process personal data if we have a legal basis to do so. The legal basis for processing can be:

  • pre-contractual and contractual relations,
  • fulfillment of legal obligations,
  • legitimate interest,
  • consent.

Pre-contractual and contractual relations

We process personal data on the basis of pre-contractual and contractual relationships. This means that we need to process the data so that we can enter into a contractual relationship with you, which is created by confirming the General Terms and Conditions for the provision of services on the website www.plus55.net.

Without your personal data, a contractual relationship cannot be formed and thus you will not be able to become our supplier or use the services provided through the website www.plus55.net.

Legal obligation

We process some personal data based on the fulfillment of legal obligations. Laws determine which personal data and to what extent we must process to fulfill legal obligations. You can withdraw your consent at any time. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the processing of personal data before its withdrawal.

Conclusion and fulfillment of contractual relationships

Personal data

We collect personal data when concluding and fulfilling contractual relationships. Acceptance of the GTC (General Trade Conditions) published on the website www.plus55.net is also considered to be the conclusion of a contractual relationship.

As regards suppliers and clients we process the following data: business name; registered office or place of residence and place of business for natural persons; ID number, if assigned; Tax identification number, title, name, surname and signature of the statutory representative or other authorized representative; name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number, job position and signature of other supplier's employees, if this is necessary for the fulfillment of the contract; transaction data.

As regards candidates we process the following personal data: name, surname, email address, telephone number, address, year of birth; when providing career consulting, we also process results of personality tests but only with the express consent of the candidate.

Purpose

We process personal data for the purpose of:

  • pre-contractual relations and contractual relations with suppliers when purchasing goods or providing services;•
  • registration and use of the website www.plus55.net (advertising job offers and searching in the candidates´ database by clients; making visible candidates´ profiles and responding to job offers by candidates);
  • providing career consultancy,
  • organizing paid events.

How long do we keep data?

We keep the contractual documentation for a period of 10 years after its expiry.

We keep documentation related to the implementation of paid events for a period of 5 years after the end of the event.

We keep the documents and outputs of career consultancy for a period of 10 years from the last login to your account on the website, or until the account is deleted on the website by you or based on your request.

If you haven´t completed registration on the website, your personal data is kept for a period of 10 years from the last login to your account on the website.

If you have registered on the site and created an account, we keep your personal data for 10 years from the last time you log into your account, or until the account is deleted from the website by you or at your request.

Fulfillment of legal obligations

We also process personal data for the purpose of fulfillment of our legal obligations.

We require the following data from suppliers and clients: company name; registered office or place of residence and place of business for natural persons; ID number, if assigned; Tax identification number, if assigned; contact details and signature of the contact person; transaction data.

We require from candidates: name, surname, address, email address, phone number, signature, transaction data.

Other personal data may be requested from the persons concerned, only if required by current valid regulations.

We process this data to comply with legal obligations when:

  • processing and storing accounting documents,
  • managing post,
  • applying, proving and defending legal claims (contentious and non-contentious agenda),
  • ensuring protection of personal data (requests of affected persons, recording of consents).

We store personal data for the period specified by law, e.g. accounting records are kept for 10 years, records in the field of personal data protection for 5 years, documents related to the dispute agenda for 10 years, etc.

Processing of personal data on the basis of legitimate interest

We process some personal data based on our legitimate interest or the interest of a third party. You can object to such processing of personal data at any time.

We process personal data that is necessary for the given purpose and that are included in the information systems of plus55.

Purpose

We process data for the purpose of :

  • applying, proving and defending legal claims outside the contentious and non-contentious agenda;
  • email communication;
  • sending job offers to registered candidates;
  • sending email invitations to plus55 events to registered candidates and clients;
  • ensuring information security standards;
  • managing the plus55 profile on social networks (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram);
  • organization of free events.

Legal basis

Legitimate interest of plus55 or a third party for the aforementioned purposes of personal data processing.

How long do we keep data?

We keep personal data necessary for applying, proving and defending legal claims for maximum 1 year after the expiration of the relevant limitation period in each specific case.

We keep e-mail communication until the request is satisfied and communication is closed.

We send job offers and invitations by email as long as you are registered on the website www.plus55.net or until the day you object to sending such emails.

We process personal data that you have published on social networks (in your posts and "likes") for the duration of the existence of these profiles, or until the day you delete them yourself.

We process the personal data of the participants of free events for 5 years after the end of the event.

Processing of personal data on the basis of consent

We process some personal data of registered candidates only on the basis of consent. Consent is granted by the candidate online, directly when obtaining this data through the registration form or in a response to a job offer on the website www.plus55.net.

The candidate can freely decide whether or not to provide some personal data in his/her profile on the website or when responding to a specific job offer. This can be a photo, work preferences, education and courses, work experience, IT and language skills, CV and other data that the candidate voluntarily provides.

The candidate can change and update the data in his/her profile on the website at any time. Personal data sent as part of a response to a job offer of a specific company can also be transferred by this company to its own information systems and processed on the basis of its personal data protection principles. Candidates are advised to inform themselves about the principles of personal data processing in a specific company.

How long do we keep data?

We keep personal data until the candidate's consent is withdrawn or until the candidate deletes this data, but for a maximum period of 10 years from the last login to the candidate´s account at www.plus55.net.

 

Data transfer to third countries

Your personal data may be transferred to third countries (USA) in the following cases:

  • Using the reCAPTCHA tool from Google, which prevents unauthorized persons from registering in the registration forms on the website.
  • Use of social networks Facebook and Instagram by Meta and LinkedIn by LinkedIn Corporation, Instagram (data you have published at plus55 profiles on social networks in posts and "likes")

The companies declare adequate guarantees of the transfer of personal data to third countries also by entering into the list - the so-called Data Privacy Framework: www.dataprivacyframework.gov.

From what sources do we obtain personal data?

We obtain your personal data directly from you when concluding a written contract (suppliers) or by filling out a registration form or profile on the website www.plus55.net (candidate, client) and accepting the GTC or expressing interest in paid services (events, consulting).

Automated decision-making and profiling

The plus55 company does not perform automated decision-making or profiling with legal or similarly significant influence on you.

Security of personal data

We have implemented adequate technical, organizational and physical measures for data security.

Our goal is to protect your personal data from:

  • unauthorized processing,
  • accidental loss, damage or destruction.

plus55 protects your personal data from misuse by suitable and available means. We store personal data in protected areas, rooms, storage facilities or systems. Access to these spaces is limited, predetermined and always controlled.

plus55 immediately resolves every security incident. If it is likely that the incident will result in a high risk for your rights and freedoms, we will always inform you about it. We will also inform you about the measures we have taken to correct it.

What are your rights in relation to the personal data we process about you?

In relation to your personal data, you can contact us regarding the following rights:

  • You have the right to obtain a copy of your personal data that we process. If it is technically possible, you have the right to a machine-readable copy of your personal data.
  • You have the right to correct your personal data. Registered candidates and companies can edit their personal data themselves on the website www.plus55.net.
  • You also have the right to request the deletion of your personal data or restriction of their processing. There may be exceptions to the right to erasure for specific legal reasons, which, if necessary, we will declare in response to your request.
  • If we process your personal data on the basis of consent, you can revoke this at any time and your personal data will be deleted, unless otherwise governed by applicable law.
  • If necessary, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data for certain purposes, in particular the processing of personal data based on legitimate interests. For example if you object to the sending of event invitations by email, such emailing will be terminated. Stopping the sending of emails does not mean at the same time a request to delete the profile registered on the website www.plus55.net. Therefore, if you also request the deletion of the profile at the same time, it is necessary to specify this in your request.

We will process your request within 30 days. If necessary, we will request additional information from you to verify your identity. If your application is complicated or if you have submitted many applications, it may take us longer. If the answer takes longer than a month, we will inform you.

Obtaining a copy of your personal data (or exercising any other rights) is free of charge. However, we may charge a reasonable fee if your request is manifestly unfounded, repetitive or disproportionate.
