Salary and benefits / Mzda a benefity:
5 000 EUR (gross) / month. The final salary amount will be defined based on the successful candidate´s experience and seniority.

Main tasks / Náplň práce:
- Having responsibility for complex management of the entrusted production operation – toolshop - mechanical engineering one (not a plastic toolshop)
- Ensuring delivery of machinery and tools according to given specifications in the required time and quality
- Managing the operation of the toolshop in compliance with valid safety regulations, quality standards and related legislation, as well as with the company's internal standards and rules
- Leading and developing assigned subordinates / team
- Solving deficiencies within the production process – identifying errors, proposing and implementing measures to their elimination
- Supervising fulfillment of set plans and financial goals
- Cooperating in the creation, implementation and updating of the company's strategy
- Regularly reporting to the company management
