- Stability and loyalty, gratitude for the offered opportunity and the effort to keep the job as long as possible.
- Willingness to accept shorter working hours, interim projects, or substitution of employees during maternity leave.
- Calmness and balance when dealing with crisis situations.
- An opportunity for us to learn to accept diversity in opinions, attitudes and communication.
